POSTAGE

Items are shipped via Royal Mail within 3 business days of purchase, custom and made to order items can take up to 3-4 weeks. Depending on your location it can take 2-5 weeks for your item to arrive, so please be patient. Buyer is responsible for all international customs and fees. The cost may vary by your country, please check your country’s policy before order.

SHIPPING RATES

UK: £5 + £3 fo any additional, Everywhere else: £12.5 + £5 for any additional items [£5 + £5 for clothes].

REFUNDS

Please contact me if you are not 100% happy with your product and we will find a solution together to make you happier.

If you would like a refund for your product you have to know that you can do that within 14 days of receipt.
Returned items must be in the same condition as you received, and you are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Refunds will be issued back onto the original method of payment.

Custom and retail works are not eligible for refunds and I do not accept exchanges.

CANCELATIONS

All cancelations must be made within 24 hours of purchase.
